In partnership with Samsung, Babylon Health has launched ‘Ask an Expert, powered by Babylon’, a new system that allows users to check symptoms and book live video appointments.
The Babylon Health powered feature is being made available through the Samsung Health App for Samsung Galaxy mobile devices, users will be able to book video appointments with certified doctors 24/7 and obtain medical advice, as well as manage and order prescriptions online.
The app, in which Babylon Health’s artificial intelligence (AI) service has been implemented, users will also be able to check their symptoms and receive high-quality triage information about physical health and ailments straight to their device.
