In the name of the ESC I would like to thank Pan European Networks for helping us relay key messages about heart health to European stakeholders. Indeed, the ESC is committed to reducing the burden of cardiovascular disease (CVD) in Europe and this cannot be done without help in educating the public and especially EU legislators, on the impact of CVD and the necessary measures needed to combat these diseases. PEN is a rich source of information and a reliable partner in helping us work towards a healthier Europe.
